Woodland Lakes Subdivision Fast Facts

Welcome to this exclusive wooded lake subdivision. Protective covenants are set to protect the value, character and residential quality of the subdivision. 


All lots to be used exclusively for residential
single family homes.

Minimum requirement for living space will be no less than 1,790 sq. ft on the main floor and 1,492 for 1-1/2 story and 1027 for 2 story home.

There will be an architectural review Committee to review your building plans, architectural choice, design and landscaping. This will enhance the integrity and character of all the lots and quality residential living within the community.

Construction period once started must be totally completed within 18 months. Any construction started and not completed will be regarded as abandoned and the association will initiate proceedings to return the lot to its original condition.

Minimum of 2 car attached garage is required.

No antennas permitted, however, satellite dishes are limited to 18” in diameter and placed in a concealed location and attached to the residence.

Campers, house trailers, RV’s and related vehicles are not to be stored or parked outside within the subdivision for more than 2 days.

No trash burning allowed, however, small occasional camp fires are permitted.

No hunting permitted.

No gas powered water craft are allowed within the Woodland Lakes Subdivision.

Electrical lines are installed at each site. Buyer to install own septic and well.

If an exterior fuel tank is required for residential heating purposes it must be underground.
